FAQ
Q: What can be done when the Bluetooth doesn’t work? (connection failure/slow connection).
A: Make sure that your device supports Bluetooth 4.0 in IOS8.0 and Android4.4 or above
1) Due to the problem of signal interference in wireless connection, the connection time may be too long. If the
connection cannot be preceded for a long time, please make sure to operate in the environment without magnetic fifield or interference of multiple Bluetooth devices.
2) Turn off Bluetooth and turn it on again.
3) Restart the phone after turning offff the applications.
4) Do not connect other Bluetooth devices or functions to your phone at the same time.
5) Check whether the APP is running normally in the background, otherwise, it may not be connected.
Q: Unable to search for mobile phone.
A: 1. If the Bluetooth is not searched by the phone, make sure the phone is powered and activated and not bound to other phones. Then close the bracelet to the phone. If it still doesn’t work, please turn off the phone Bluetooth, and restart the Bluetooth after 20S.
2. Make sure the phone GPS is turned on.
Q: Why wear a tight bracelet when measuring heart rate?
A: The bracelet adopts the principle of light reflection and collects the signal reflected to the sensor after the light source penetrates the skin to calculate your heart rate. If you wear it loosely, there will be ambient light entering the sensor, which will affect the measurement accuracy.
Q: Why the smart watch alaways disconnect?
A: you need to keep “Fundo” running in the background, it may due to the manslaughter by the smartphone operating system if no coming call, text messages or notification is received or smart watch disconnected, you can set it according to the steps:
1). Find ” Fundo” in Automatic Start-Up Management in Security Center or Phone settings and turn on the switch.
2). Lock ” Fundo” in the page of recently opened programs
Note: If third-party security software is installed in your phone, you also need to add ” Fundo” to the white list of applications.
Q: Why I can not receive the messages from my social media app,like facebook, twitter, instagram etc?
A: Please do according to next steps:
1. Keep the Bluetooth connection between the “Fundo” app and the smart watch
2. In “Fundo” app, select “More”- “APP notification settings”, Turn off the ” Allow transfer to push notifications in the background” button and then re-turned on this button.
3. In ” Fundo” app, turn off the “Call” and “SMS” button and then re-start these 2 buttons.
4. Phone settings- Permission management- select” Fundo”- Turn on all the permissions
5. Phone settings- Notifications- Select” Fundo” – Turn on the notification button
